Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and enhancing productivity across various departments and Franchisees. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Support franchisees in operational areas, monitor franchisee performance, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines, service standards, and brand compliance.
- Assist in training franchisees on operational best practices, software tools, and service procedures.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of pool building and service activities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing reports, updating records, and maintaining franchisee documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvements, identifying areas for increased efficiency and cost savings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchisees and provide regular feedback on performance to Franchisees and Leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to support franchisee success.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in administrative, operations, or customer service roles is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
