Reporting to the Administrator the Director of Maintenance manages all aspects of maintenance, environmental and facility management.Must have at least 5 years facilities management, preferably in health care. Looking for strong leader who is willing to do manual labor when needed. Looking for a reliable hard working individual to lead our maintenance department. Must have valid NYS driver's license and pass a criminal history background check.
