Skilled in plumbing and electrical. Knowledge of air handlers a plus Completion of daily works orders, knowledge of basic hand tools, snow removal as needed. Rotation of on call phone every third week, willing to work overtime as needed. Looking for a hard working reliable individual to join our maintenance team. Must have valid NYS driver's license
