Per Diem- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Licensed Practical (LPN) is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our residents each day. We are looking to hire a per diem LPN to assist on weekend days, some holidays, or as needed.
As an LPN you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:
· Medication Administration
· Supervision of med techs & aides
Required qualifications:
- Graduate of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program.
- Previous experience as an LPN in an adult living facility care setting is desirable.
- Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-placement physical and criminal background
