What Youll Do
As a Production Supervisor you will :
- Lead and empower your team to embrace continuous improvement and eliminate waste.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive environment where every team member feels valued.
- Ensure team members are trained in safety quality equipment operation and 5S principles.
- Collaborate with technical staff for seamless operational support.
- Set and achieve annual goals aligned with key performance metrics.
- Proactively address process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce inventories.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and union interactions.
- Utilize lean manufacturing practices including Kaizen and Kanban to streamline processes.
Qualifications
MustHaves :
- 13 years of experience in a highvolume fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with mechanical and hydraulic press operations and die setup / maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills including coaching mentoring and team supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel).
- A proactive mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.
NicetoHaves :
- Bachelors degree in Business Manufacturing Engineering or Operations.
- Experience in assembly line supervision.
