Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Imaging Supervisor to lead our radiology team and ensure the delivery of highquality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily operations of the imaging department ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee and mentor a team of radiologic technologists fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and ensure all imaging protocols meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including physicians and administrative staff to optimize patient care and department efficiency.
- Manage scheduling performance evaluations and training programs for the imaging team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues within the imaging department.
MustHave Qualifications :
- Certificate and / or Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT(R) certification with additional certification in CT or mammography .
- A minimum of five years of radiology experience .
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Supervisory experience in a unionized environment .
- ARRT certifications in CT mammography and radiography .
- Experience with Epic EMR .
- Familiarity with the Visage PACS system.
