POSITION: Logistics Sales Administrator
As a Sales Administrator for PGT, you will help brokers and logistics coordinators with their daily administrative tasks. You will have a critical role in managing daily tasks quickly and efficiently.
General Job Tasks:
- Enter data into company software
- Distribute and collect packets from carriers and customers
- Assist brokers and logistics coordinators with daily tasks
- Input and process shipment information with precise accuracy
- Communicate with shippers, receivers, and carriers to ensure our service is flawless
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of urgency with ability to work through an ever-changing environment.
- Results-oriented focus.
- College degree preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
