Duties
- Check in, break down, and fill orders to the shelf as they come in
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when answering calls.
- Support promotional activities and events to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Craft Beer knowledge preferred but not required
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members alike.
