Our high-volume sign & graphics company is seeking a full-time Print Production Specialist to operate and maintain our facility's equipment in order to produce high-quality brand imagery.
Qualifications
- Experience in the sign or printing industry
- Strong Computer skills with the ability to operate software for project management, design applications, & printing/cutting output
- Excellent communication skills, close attention to detail, and ability to problem solve
- Operate and maintain equipment including Plotters, Printers, Laminators, Roll Slitter, Shop Tools, etc…
- Maintain / exceed established production rates and manage the workflow of projects
- Able to complete several different projects simultaneously
- Assist with ordering materials and tracking inventory in house
- Help unload deliveries; Prepare Shipments; Clean and maintain storage areas
- Perform quality assurance by accurately reading and interpreting Work Orders & Proofs
- Prepare substrates for different projects including cleaning, cutting, vinyl application, etc…
- Complete finishing tasks such as laminating, trimming, mounting, etc…
- Coordinate with staff designers, project managers, & installers to ensure due dates are met. Be accountable for mistakes, be a self-starter and take ownership of role
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics code
