Job Type : Contract
Duration : 12-18 months
Rate : $45-$50 per hour
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and commission industrial control systems, PLC software, and HMI interfaces within the Automotive industry for a project in Liberty, NC. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions on-site.

Mitsubishi GxWorks PLC and HMI Programming experience is a pre-requisite for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and program PLC and HMI systems from the ground up for industrial automation projects.
- Develop, install, debug, and commission PLC / HMI code at customer sites.
- Program peripheral devices and industrial controls , ensuring smooth system integration.
- Oversee machine PLC programming , power-up, and validation with build and electrical teams.
- Ensure all systems meet customer and DyAG build specifications using standard methodologies.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and system startup .
