As a Personal Lines Consultant at Premier Group Insurance, your primary role is to assist and support independent agents meet their business objectives, achieve their production goals, and deliver best in class customer service by equipping them with the knowledge, tools and strategies needed to develop and grow a successful personal lines insurance practice. Your role is responsible for training, onboarding and guiding agency owners in key areas such as personal lines insurance knowledge, carrier appetite, quoting systems, profitability and business operations. Through hands-on coaching and expert consultation, the Peraonl Lines Consultant helps agents build confidence and competence in prospecting, quoting, issuing and servicing personal linsurance p olicies. By working closely with assigned agents, the consultant ensure they are positioned to meet and exceed carrier production and profitability goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead structured onboarding and ongoing training for agency owners, covering personal lines insurance, carrier appetite, quoting systems, and underwriting guidelines
- Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and virtual sessions focused on business operations, book management, client retention, and cross-selling strategies to enhance agent success
- Partner with assigned agents to assess business needs and identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability, while ensuring alignment with carrier expectations, underwriting guidelines, and loss ratio management
- Provide strategic consulting on prospecting, quoting, issuing, and servicing personal insurance policies, as well as pipeline development, sales techniques, and client relationship management to drive agency success
- Track and analyze agent performance, identifying trends and areas for additional training or support to drive growth
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, providing feedback, troubleshooting challenges, and developing action plans to help agents meet or exceed production and profitability goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners, ensuring agents stay informed about product changes, market trends, and underwriting requirements
- Represent the organization at industry events, carrier meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs, tools, and resources, identifying knowledge gaps and recommending process improvements
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies to ensure training remains relevant and impactful
- Performs other related duties as assigned
