An established and successful Construction Engineering company located in Verona, Wisconsin (USA) who work across exciting industries such as Automotive, Aerospace energy and many more is now hiring a brand new Electrical Design Engineer - Instrumentation & Controls to join the multidisciplined engineering team and business.
Salary on offer:
The annual salary on offer for the successful Electrical Design Engineer is $100,000 - $125,000 per annum.
Summary of the Electrical Design Engineer Role:
The successful Electrical Design Engineer for Instrumentation & Controls will develop and review wiring schematics and control panel layout drawings per UL 508A and many more exciting work.
Electrical Design Engineer (Instrumentation & Controls) Key Skills:
- 2-5 years industry experience
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical
- Experience with Revit is a bonus
- Experience with low voltage control systems, instrumentation, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and data acquisition systems is a plus
- Experience of developing and/or review wiring schematics and control panel layout drawings per UL 508A
- Ability to create electrical power & lighting plans
- Ability to create and modify process and instrumentation drawings/diagrams (P&IDs)
- Ability to travel to customer facilities for design meetings
- Good communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
