Salary on offer :
The annual base salary on offer for the successful Embedded Software Engineer is $125,000 - $175,000 per annum , depending on skillset and experience.
Summary of the Embedded Software Engineering Role :
The Embedded Software Engineer will design and develop embedded flight software features and upgrades.
Embedded Software Engineer Key Skills :
- 5-10 years industry professional experience
- Embedded Software Programming in C, C
- Experience of hardware & software integration
- Communication protocols- SPI, I2C, USB, UART, RS232 / 485, Ethernet, TCP / IP, UDP
- Experience of embedded flight software features – Flight safety, Navigation, Communications, Threat detection, Engine Control etc
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, and Linux
- Knowledge of software development methodologies & embedded software engineering
- Experience in developing and implementing test plans
- Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
