Lead Software Engineer
Miami, FL – Hybrid
Direct Hire – no C2C.
$160K - $180K 10% bonus.
A growing consultancy with a large presence in Miami, FL is requiring a Lead Software Engineer to join their team, working in a hybrid manner. The opportunity is unique because you will get the chance to work within many different industries, making a difference on multiple projects and liaising with various development teams.
Technically, you will need to have strong C#, .NET, SQL and be comfortable developing web-based interfaces, ideally with React or Angular.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a small development team and ensuring work is completed to scope.
- Able to mentor and guide peers, providing feedback on what they can improve and then implementing this moving forward.
- Communicate with upper management and key stakeholders the status of the project.
Skills:
- 10 years’ experience with C#, .NET.
- SQL Server
- React or Angular experience.
- Able to understand SOLID principles.
- Azure
