WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
As a key member of the business development team, you'll take ownership of the proposal process, from analyzing RFPs to submitting compliant and polished responses. Each day, you'll collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and refine content, ensuring proposals align with client needs and company standards. In addition, you'll conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities, monitor procurement platforms, and develop actionable strategies. As a Proposal Specialist - Coordinator, your contributions will directly influence our success in securing new contracts and expanding our footprint.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2 years of experience in proposal coordination, market research, or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a knack for managing multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with government RFPs, RFIs, and SSNs
