Responsibilities
- Drive sales by meeting with potential clients, assessing their needs, and recommending the best roofing solutions.
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring they understand the scope of work and expected results.
- Conduct roof inspections and provide estimates for repair or replacement services.
- Work closely with our contractors, adjusters, engineers, and other experts to deliver top-notch service.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and existing clients to ensure timely project completion and satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records in our CRM and follow up on leads, scheduling meetings, and finalizing sales.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in roofing or construction
- Strong closing abilities and experience in sales presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and other industry professionals
- Knowledge of roofing systems and construction services is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
