Salary on offer:
The annual salary on offer for the successful Senior Embedded Software Engineer is $130,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on skillset and experience. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will need to have the right to work/be authorised to work in the USA because the company doesn't offer sponsorship.
Summary of the Senior Embedded Software Engineering Role:
The successful Senior Embedded Software Engineer will take responsibility to be designing, developing and testing the firmware of the company’s existing, new and future cutting edge Biotechnology products.
Senior Embedded Software Engineer Key Skills:
- 5-7 industry professional experience
- Embedded Software Programming in C, C , Python
- Experience of microcontrollers – STM32, PIC, Microchip, ARM Microcontrollers, TI, AVR etc
- Network interfaces – SPI, I2C, USB, UART, RS232/485
- IDE’s – Eclipse, Keil µVision, Visual Studio, MPLAB X
- Compilers – GNU Complier Collection, ARM Compiler, IAR Embedded Workbench
- Debuggers – GNU Debugger, JTAG, J-Link, TRACE32
- Knowledge & experience with schematics, digital/analog circuit design, DSP, PCB Design
- Ability to use lab equipment – Multimeters, logic analysers, oscilloscopes etc
- Version Control Systems – GIT, JIRA, SVN
