Salary : $120,000 - $140,000 per annum.
Term : Permanent
We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to work for an incredible Global Innovative Manufacturing Company. The organization is an award-winning leader within their space, that strives to achieve better solutions for their consumers. As the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be designing, developing and launching fun & exciting smart electronic products.
The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer’s Responsibilities Will be :
- Designs consumer products from start to finish using CAD / Solid Modeling tools
- Designs products with Injection molded plastics, sheet metal and other similar manufacturing processes
- Designs, models, and tests prototypes for new products and concepts
- Completes advanced surface design for new product development
- Utilizes top down modeling and design techniques
- Conducts research and creates design proposals for projects
- Creates concepts, performance, and production criteria
- Produces drawings and specifications
- Creates initial BOM and track costs
- Mentor of best practices, standards and processes
- Will perform additional responsibilities when required
