Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
- Manage and monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality.
- Coordinate with subcontractos, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and strategies.
- Provide regular progress reports to upper management.
- Has own truck for deliveries. KCG will pay for gas and maintenance or can provide vehicle.
Skills:
