Right now, we are looking for a Grader to join our Premier Hardwood Products team and help us push forward to future success! At our Premier Hardwood facility, we manufacture hardwood floors with 2 production lines. Premier’s core foundations are Safety, Quality, and Production. Grader Duties:

• Assesses floorboards as they pass through the production line
• Determines the best face of the boards by lifting and flipping each board as the come down the belt.
• Helps with positioning boards on the chain deck
• Pays close attention to detail
• Communicates any defects that are in the floor boards

General Requirements:

• High attention to detail
• Able to stand in one spot for 8-9 hours a day
• This is a very fast-paced job with a high level of concentration required.
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to focus
• Ability to follow procedures and directions
• Have reliable transportation – Attendance is KEY
• OSHA required steel or composite toe footwear

Hours: Monday - Thursday (5:50 am - 3:30 pm), Fridays (5:50 am - 12:00 pm)
