We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our team for a part-time position, working three days a week with occasional weekend shifts. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following food safety guidelines, and assisting with the overall efficiency of our kitchen.

3 days a week M-W-F 9AM to 5PM, weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, chop, and assemble ingredients for daily meal prep.
- Ensure all prep work meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
- Follow recipes and instructions to support the kitchen team.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and rotating stock.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Must have a valid ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s Certification.
- Previous experience in a prep cook or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
