We are seeking an experienced RN to lead our Rehabilitation Unit. The RN Rehab Unit Manager will oversee patient care, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality rehab services. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate nurse looking to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the rehab unit, ensuring quality care.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, provide performance evaluations.
• Coordinate care plans with therapists and other healthcare teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in [State].
• 3 years of nursing experience, including leadership or rehab settings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
