Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff during the 3pm-11pm shift.
- Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure all patient needs are met.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor and assess the quality of care provided during your shift, and implement improvements when necessary.
- Provide training, performance evaluations, and ongoing support for staff members.
- Handle staff scheduling and ensure the shift is fully staffed.
- Act as the point of contact for emergencies and concerns during the evening shift.
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Previous nursing experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy healthcare environment.
- BSN required; MSN or advanced certifications are a plus.
- A competitive salary start at $90,000 per year.
- 7,500 Sign on bonus for new hires
