3x12 or 4x12 shift available 2 years' experience in SNF/LTC as a LPN Please note there is no public transportation. All travelers must have their own vehicle or a rental travel experience is desired MUST be authorized to schedule Fingerprints prior to submittal BLS guarantee min. of 1 weekend off/month 56466
