Minimum 1 year of ICU experience Note: MAX 3 days RTO AHA BLS/ACLS/NIHSS & SSC REQ’D to submit Could be required to float within the facility/region as scheduled Flu vaccines required; will not accept declines only AGENCY approved exemptions EPIC preferred
