How You Stand Out:

Education:

• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification is required
• NATE certifications are preferred but not mandatory
  
  

Experience:

• 1 years HVAC technician experience is essential
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
  
  

Skills:

• Excellent communication and people skills to build trust and educate customers
• Ability to use tools and technology for creating reports, invoicing, and collecting payments
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required

• Diagnostics and Repair: Enter customers’ homes to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems professionally and efficiently
• Reporting: Build accurate and thorough reports on potential repairs or issues

• Billing and Payments: Complete invoices with accurate pricing and process customer payments
