Job Description : The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and homecare industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, particularly in home care or a related field. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and develop strategies to increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with adult living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and physicians.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and other professional gatherings to promote Premier Homecare Services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business development goals.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to potential partners and clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities and provide regular updates to senior management, including key performance indicators (KPIs), market feedback, and business development progress.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in home care or a related healthcare field.

Strong network within the healthcare industry, particularly with ALFs, SNFs, and hospitals.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000 plus commission

Position : Hybrid

Paid Time Off (PTO)
