We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact.

Job Description : The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and homecare industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, particularly in home care or a related field. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and develop strategies to increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with adult living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and physicians.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and other professional gatherings to promote Premier Homecare Services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business development goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to potential partners and clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities and provide regular updates to senior management, including key performance indicators (KPIs), market feedback, and business development progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in home care or a related healthcare field.
  • Strong network within the healthcare industry, particularly with ALFs, SNFs, and hospitals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary :  $60,000 - $65,000 plus commission
  • Position :  Hybrid
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
