Premier Home Dialysis Services is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease. We provide 100% in-home dialysis services, focusing on empowering patients to manage their condition comfortably in their own homes in all aspects. Our in home services include initial training, blood draws and redraws, as well as medication administration. Patients do not need to visit our dialysis unit; all treatments are delivered at home. Each patient receives individualized care, and we put in the necessary labor to ensure their success.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Home Dialysis RN at Premier Home Dialysis Services that will develop into a full time role. The Home Dialysis RN will be responsible for providing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments to patients in the Jackson, Dyersburg, and Memphis area. When you are not seeing patients you will work from home.
Qualifications
- Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis skills (1 year)
- Strong Nursing skills
- Experience in Medicine and Nephrology
- Ability to provide patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
- Previous experience in dialysis care is preferred
- Goal to recover more patients and get t
hem off dialysis
