We are seeking Personal Care Aide (PCA) or CNA for the Mexico, MO area.
Premier Home Health Care provides care to patients in their own home by assisting with personal care and homemaker chores (light housekeeping, errands, etc). Previous experience is preferred but not required.
We currently have part-time hours, with the possibility of full-time in the future, if desired. Hours are flexible.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, while maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
- Administer first aid when necessary and support clients in group home settings or during home and community care visits.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of care provided.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in caregiving and personal care assistance
- Proficient in first aid and patient observation
- Experience in assisted living and home & community care settings
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Strong cleaning and cooking skills
- Background in long-term care or social work is a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
