Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Provide basic life support and emergency care when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Support patients with daily living activities and specialized care needs
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills.
