Regional Vice President of Operations

Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Vice President of Operations to support our Chicago Illinois Office and the Northeast USA.

The Regional Vice President of Operations will lead the strategic growth and operational performance of multiple home health care locations within the assigned region. This role emphasizes achieving ambitious growth targets while maintaining high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Regular travel within the assigned region, including Illinois and the Northeast U.S., is required to ensure effective oversight and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and enhance the agency's competitive position.

· Identify and pursue opportunities for geographic expansion, service diversification, and strategic partnerships.

· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to inform growth initiatives.

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive client acquisition and retention.

· Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward growth objectives.

· Ensure operational efficiency and scalability to support sustainable growth.

· Lead regional management teams to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Conduct site visits and maintain strong communication with regional teams to address challenges and support success.

· Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Illinois and the Northeast U.S.

Qualifications:

Travel: Travels will be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record.

Work Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the home health care industry, including leadership of both home health and Care Management operations.

· Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.

· Strong knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and operational management.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
