- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
- Enter customer information accurately into the system
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Data enter customer information into CRM software such as Salesforce
- Receive and resolve inbound phone calls
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing customers
- Other duties as assigned
Must Have
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
