Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries.

- Manage customer escalations, effectively de-escalating tense situations while finding prompt resolutions.
- Accurately document customer feedback, concerns, and any necessary follow-up actions in the system.

- Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while providing service to customers.
