If you hold an active real estate license, we’ll train you on exactly what to do. You’ll learn how to respond quickly to live tour requests, build repeatable systems, and grow a steady client base. Many agents on our team are closing 2–3 deals each month within their first 90 days using our systems.
We start with hands-on onboarding. In your first 5 days, we cover everything—how to talk to leads, run buyer and seller consults, and handle contracts with confidence. You’ll be showing homes and writing offers in no time.
What we’re looking for:
Manage all aspects of residential real estate transactions. Keep buyers and sellers informed every step of the way. Write clean, accurate contracts. Handle purchase agreements and listing documents correctly. Use market info and property data to guide clients on pricing and offer strategy. Respond quickly and stay in touch with your clients. Be consistent with follow-up. Keep your CRM updated and organized. Track all leads, especially those from Zillow Flex.
