What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Premier Hospitality / Dba Holiday Inn Express?
- Position is Part Time/Full time, 7am-3pm and 3pm - 11pm shifts.
- Welcomes and registers guests in a polite and efficient demeanor
- Assigns rooms to meet guests needs as permissible
- Obtains required credit and payment information from guests
- Coordinates with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Provides detailed information about the hotel and surrounding establishments
- Coordinates with housekeeping for special requests, late checkouts, and room changes
- Receives and relays guest messages
- Answers telephone calls and guest questions in a warm, responsive manner
- Maintains cleanliness of equipment of public and work areas
- Other duties as assigned
