Summary :
The Comfort Advisor is primarily responsible for selling profitable installation jobs. This position oversees installation jobs through scheduling, completion, collection, and referral. This position must meet or exceed budgeted monthly sales including closing rate targets

Essential Job Duties :
Review plans, itemize necessary take-offs (either manually, with help from vendors or using software), request and keep track of submittals, solicit quotes, and generate complete proposalsEngages customers in new comfort systemsExecutes sales presentations and builds value greater than the customer’s investmentEnsure profitability of the department by accurately proposing all jobs, using book pricing, with an emphasis on quality and valueCommunicates with our support staff, in a timely and efficient manner details of jobs, financing, and job schedulingCommunicates to Installers the job requirements and expectations of the customer through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written formsMaintains contact with Installers and customers during installation to ensure a quality system is installedProspects for new customers by outbound calling or door-to-door to increase customer baseOther Duties :
