What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Process Technician position at Premier Industries?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Post Process Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, deburring, cleaning and inspecting components in a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform post-processing operations such as cleaning, deburring, and inspecting components to meet quality specifications.
- Operate and maintain post-processing equipment, including ultrasonic cleaners, sterilizers, and other finishing tools.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Follow strict guidelines for documentation and reporting in compliance with manufacturing regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-processing issues to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in training new team members on post-processing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in post-processing, finishing, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for handling small components with precision.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. repeatedly and 40 lbs. occasionally, as required.
