What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver/Merchandiser position at Premier Island Brokerage?
We are looking for a driver to transport goods in a safe and timely matter to areas around the island. Driver will perform other duties as needed. If you already have military base access, you may be eligible for a higher starting pay rate.
Driver responsibilities:
- Perform operational maintenance such as cleaning and refueling
- Count, verify, and manually unload incoming orders and shipments
- Sort, load, and deliver outgoing shipments
- Maintain inventory in designated storage areas in warehouse
- Assist in driving assorted vehicles in a timely matter as well
- Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
- Fulfill other duties as required
Requirements/Skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Proficient at driving and parking freight vehicles
- Physically capable: must be able to lift and move up to 60lbs, have good vision
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to understand and follow oral and written work instructions

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour starting and pay increases based on performance and work ethic.
