What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laguna's Bartender position at Premier Island Management Group?
Hours/Days: 10 am - 10 pm, Monday - Sunday with two days off.
- Summary of the main function/purpose of the position:
The service bartender is responsible for preparing beverages for guests who are ordering food and drinks from the food order counter. They should be highly knowledgeable about a variety of beverages and be able to provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests.
Key Principal duties/responsibilities (5-8):
- Prepare beverages using a wide variety of mixes such as Liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
- Paying extreme attention to detail while taking orders from guests
- Providing beverages in a timely manner
- Provide a positive experience while interacting with guest
- Making sure the bar is properly stocked with all necessary items
- Collecting payment for drinks and closing out tabs
- Verifying guests are age-appropriate
- Keeping all surrounding areas clean and sanitized
- Provide menus for food items
- Limit possible problems by restricting alcohol intake

Customer Service: Always have a high level of customer service: no guest leaves unhappy

Bartending experience preferred
