What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tennis Concierge position at Premier Island Management Group?
Status: Seasonal
Pay Rate: $13.00
Hours/Days: 9 am - 5 pm. Holidays and weekends have no set days off.
I. Summary of the main function/purpose of the position:
To assist the Director of Tennis in fulfilling all the tennis needs of the guests and owners of Portofino Island.
II. Key Principal duties/responsibilities (5-8):
- Make court reservations
- Sign up owners/guests for Private lessons
- Sign up owners/guests for Clinics
- Charge owners/guests for tennis services
- Answers questions of guests/owners by phone and in person
- Assist with Matching Service
- Retail sales of clothing, equipment, and beverages
- Marketing Tennis Packages
Occasional duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals:
Assist with Socials and Tournaments- Tennis Court Maintenance
- Assist with Special Events around the property

Experience in teaching tennis, tennis retail, or playing tennis.

Valid Florida Driver’s License

Personal Computer, printer, calculator, and standard office equipment and machines as required.
