Position Overview/Summary:
The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is looking for an Associate Product Manager to help identify product innovation opportunities, craft foundational and differentiated positioning of products, and use a data-driven approach to business decisions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Product Discovery - Perform customer interviews and analysis to validate problems, end users, and solutions to build
- Product Launches - Create GTM strategies for our products across our target audiences and oversee the execution from start to finish.
- Own Product Positioning & Consumer Insights - Analyze qualitative and quantitative user insights/trends to drive product positioning and messaging
- Product Messaging - Partner cross-functionally with Product & Marketing to optimize product messaging. Test messaging through marketing campaigns and channels to best optimize what’s most effective.
- User Enablement - Create materials such as onboarding guides, promotional scripts, and impact insights in collaboration with Media.
- Feature Prioritization - Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to prioritize what features should be worked on
- Roadmap Management - Assist in managing the roadmap for both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2 years of product management experience with consumer-facing web and mobile products
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Obsessed with UX and using a data-driven approach to building products
- Experience working with large datasets
- Strong understanding of AI tools and processes
Additional Skills:
- Experience with push notification journeys
- Advanced qualifications in business and go-to-market strategy
- Proficient in SQL or similar query language
- Proficient in code languages such as Typescript
Compensation:
- $75,000-$80,000 annually
- Based on the candidate’s experience
- The total compensation package includes Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) plan, Equity Sharing, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Parental Leave
