What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator/Editor position at Premier Lacrosse League PLL?
Position Overview
The PLL is seeking a Content Creator/Editor to shoot, produce, and edit content across PLL owned and operated, sponsored, and broadcast distribution channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Edit content for all PLL social media platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and Youtube.
- Edit content for distribution across sponsored partner channels, including Champion, Whirlpool, Gatorade, etc.
- Edit in-game highlights during event game weekends
- Edit short and long form content for utilization within ESPN game broadcasts, features, music montages, and teases.
- Shoot game highlights, locker room content, practice footage, and sit-down interviews during event weekends and feature shoots on location.
- Log, tag and deliver footage for PLL archives as well as pull select footage on behalf of PLL departments, sponsors, and broadcast partners.
Requirements/Skills/Abilities
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to create, develop, and execute compelling ideas that will drive engagement across PLL digital channels and ESPN game broadcasts.
- Edit proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Skilled in operating a variety of cameras to capture game highlights, interviews, and supplementary feature content.
- Fundamental knowledge of lighting techniques for press conferences and interview content.
- Strong collaboration and time management skills.
- Experience in sports production; knowledge of lacrosse is a plus

Compensation
- $60,000-$70,000k
