Premier Lawns and Landscapes LLC is a full service mowing and landscape maintenance company located in Madison, Indiana serving the Madison, Hanover, Jeffersonville area. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to run a mowing crew.
Lawn Mowing Crew Leader is a leadership role in the company. The objective of this role is to act as a leader and responsible for your work and the crew member or members assigned to your crew; providing direction to your crew. This person will manage and work along side the members as an equal!
We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who can manage their time effectively. The role requires drive and a sense of accountability because the day-to-day working environment will involve very little direct supervision.
You control your pay, the harder you work the more money you make! You will be paid a bonus based on the area covered each day.
Day to day activities will include but not limited to: communicating with customers and crew members, driving truck and trailer, mowing with zero turn mower, walk behind and push mowers; weed eating.
Must show up on time
Wear jeans or shorts (no basketball), long socks, and close toed shoes
Valid driver license
Communication skills is a must
Positive attitude and a smile
Willing to work around weather
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
