Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, hygienic, and welcoming. This role is crucial in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors. This job will need to be fulfilled 3 days a week.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
- Checking the chiller timer during weekly cleanings
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
