What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant position at Premier Legal Marketing?
Seeking a marketing assistant to join our fast-paced, growing marketing firm and support our team with various activities, campaigns, and projects. Ideal candidate will be extremely organized with experience establishing organizational system. Will oversee office’s administrative systems and perform clerical duties including establishes and maintains filing systems, assists sales department with generating reports, updates and maintains reports, posts content into content management system and other special projects as assigned.

Required skills include:
- Strong typing, 50-60 wpm
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiently with Google Workspace
- Ability to create organizational and filing systems for staff
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Must have strong follow through skills to see project through to completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field a plus.
Position is part-time, 20 hours per week: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 2pm
