- Analyze patent and scientific literature to support patent attorneys in prosecution, advisory, and litigation matters.
- Draft patent applications and formulate responses to office actions.
- Advise legal teams on technological matters in preparation for depositions.
- Remain current with advancements in electrical engineering or computer science.
- Solid technical foundation in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Proactive mindset with a quick learning aptitude.
- Experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning is highly regarded.
- Capability to perform detailed prior art database searches.
- A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field is essential.
