Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer with AVI Qualification expertise to join our client’s team. This role will be critical in the deployment and qualification of new automated visual inspection (AVI) equipment to uphold our client's rigorous quality assurance standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that AVI systems are installed, qualified, and operational, meeting regulatory requirements and aligning with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commissioning and qualification of new AVI machines for both syringe and vial inspections, ensuring seamless integration into production.
- Execute and document Installation Qualification (IQ) protocols for AVI equipment to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Develop, review, and execute validation protocols, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful qualification.
- Integrate knowledge of manual inspection processes to enhance automated visual inspection accuracy and quality outcomes.
- Work closely with quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AVI systems.
- Provide training and guidance on AVI equipment operation, ensuring team-wide adherence to inspection protocols.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience with automated visual inspection systems within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Strong expertise in Installation Qualification (IQ) and process validation for automated inspection equipment.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated visual inspection methods.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills, with a focus on protocol development and compliance.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with filling lines and various inspection formats, including semi-automated and fully automated systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a focus on execution and achieving measurable results.
Salary : $50 - $60
