The primary focus of each PLCS Chauffeur is to take the stress of travel away from our clients and provide them with a flawless experience as we pay attention to every detail, no matter how large or small the job may be.

You must have extensive knowledge and familiarity of the Metro
Atlanta Area and be able to navigate without relying heavily on GPS.

• Two Years in the Limo and Black Car Industry (Not Required)
• Must have business professional attire.
• Clean MVR for a minimum of 7 years (minor infractions okay)
• Available for weekends, late night, early mornings and holidays
• Able to pass criminal, drug test and DMV check upon hire
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement (Not Required but needed for Mini Bus/Coach Operation)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation to every client, on every trip
2. Research trip information prior to scheduled trip
3. Maintain clean and safe vehicle between runs
4. Provide services in accordance with training and specifications
5. Maintain a clean MVR
6. Consistent punctuality
7. Add value to, and assist with, reaching company goals by taking ownership in your position, and assisting with other responsibilities as needed

8. Maintaining daily vehicle inspections
9. Fuel Vehicles
10. Operate company used software and apps efficiently

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1. Ability to safely drive a full range of vehicles
2. Ability to sit for extended periods
3. Attention to detail
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Geographical knowledge of the Atlanta and surrounding areas, attractions, and history
6. Adequate proficiency in English
7. Smart Phone Knowledge and Technology Savvy

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE
1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of driving experience preferred (Chauffeur experience not required)
3. Experience: 10-20 years customer service experience preferred
4. Class C endorsement is required for this position (PLCS can help obtain)
