What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician - GABBS, NV position at Premier Magnesia, LLC?
Job Requirements:
- Must have reasonable knowledge of electrical code and installation procedures.
- Previous experience in 2400V; 480 – 3 phase motor controls and system operation.
- Knowledge of PLC systems and programming
- Able to read electrical blueprints.
- Hold a Journeymen Electrician card preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.
- Troubleshoot effectively with a minimum of supervision.
- Applicant is required to furnish his own hand tools.
- Experience in mining is helpful.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of safety in the electrical field.
- Capable of working with a minimum of supervision.
- All work described above to be done in an efficient and workman-like manner.
- Any knowledge of welding and fabrication is a plus but not required.
- Applicant is responsible for the housekeeping and cleanup around his work area.
Additional duties are required as assigned by management.
