What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Administrator position at Premier Management Associates?
We are seeking Property Administrators for our Regional office located in North Brunswick, NJ.
The Property Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Property Manager in the day to day management of the communities. They will ensure the success of the community by providing the highest level of customer service that we give to all of our communities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of Administrative experience
- Be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills in order to deal with homeowners, Board members, contractors and property managers
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in windows environment
- Experience in property management field a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
